Her responsibility included playing a leadership role in the successful integration of the FedEx and Flying Tiger leadership cultures and operations. As a President at ARAMARK she led a turnaround of the Uniform Services division to be the first company division to surpass $100M net profit while improving key people and service metrics.
She is the coauthor of Trust, Inc., and has mentored and coached many leaders to achieve more than they believed possible through a values-driven approach to leadership effectiveness. Her passion for leadership is reflected in her teaching as adjunct faculty in the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California.
